Refrigerating chocolate is an easy way to prolong the life of your chocolate goodies. However, refrigerating chocolate the wrong way can ruin them!
Here are the steps and what you need to refrigerate your chocolates.
What you need:
•Freezer Ziploc Bag
•Tupperware Container
•Your chocolate
Steps:
Put your chocolates in the Tupperware Container.
Ensure that it is closed tightly so no cold air can enter it.
Place the container in a freezer Ziploc Bag, ensuring most of the air is removed.
Place in the fridge
UPON removal DO NOT open the Ziploc or Tupperware Container until the chocolate has completely defrosted or your chocolates with turn white!
